I hereby confirm that all the data specified in the application have been filled in by me personally and are correct and accurate as of the date of application.

I give consent to JSCB "Turonbank" (Bank) for processing of all my data specified in  application, by any means, including by third parties, including reproduction, electronic copying, depersonalization, blocking, destruction, as well as the above processing my other data obtained as a result of their processing, with purpose:

• conclusion with the Bank of the contract(s);
• creation of information data systems of the Bank;
• insurance of my life / health / property and  other insurance carried out with the assistance of the Bank or for the benefit of the Bank and / or in connection with conclusion of the contract;
• as well as for any other purposes directly or indirectly related to services in the bank and offering other products of the Bank, and sending me information about  new products and  services of the Bank and / or its counterparties.

I give my consent to the Bank's counterparties for  processing of all my data available at the disposal / access of the Bank and / or the Bank's counterparties, including processing of information about subscribers and communication services provided to them  telecom services (in case if the bank’s counterpart is a telecom operator) with the purpose of assessing the likelihood of my solvency in the future to make a decision on granting microloans, loans, opening cards, etc.

I  give my consent to the provision by the Bank of all available information about me in volume, in order and on conditions necessary for my identification and conduct an appropriate assessment of my solvency, risk assessment, to the State Register of Credit Information at the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in all credit bureaus included in the state register of credit bureaus, the State Unitary Enterprise "Pledge Register" under the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement under the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan, other state and non-state departments and organizations, and also for obtaining a credit history, information about pledged property and the presence of encumbrances, information about debts, arrests and other data, from above designated bureaus and departments for the conclusion of the contract(s) and during the term of the contract(s).

The Bank has the right to suspend consideration of the application if it is necessary to provide additional information (documents) from the applicant, in cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and local acts of the Bank.

The Bank has the right to refuse to consider the application in case of indication of incomplete or unreliable (false) data in it, as well as in cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
