To ensure transparency, test assessments are conducted using modern information technologies.
Principle of Transparency:
• Publishing information about vacant positions on the official website of ATB “Turonbank” and other social networks in open access;
• Conducting the initial stage of the competition using information technologies to minimize human bias;
• Forming an Expert Group to conduct interviews with candidates;
• Informing candidates about the results of the competition.
In addition, ATB “Turonbank” organizes a competition within the framework of a special scholarship program. The competition selects the most talented students from national universities specializing in finance and economics, based on their academic rankings, test results, foreign language proficiency, and interviews assessing macroeconomics knowledge and logical thinking.
Support for Young Employees
Significant work has been done in ATB “Turonbank” to help newly hired employees adapt. This process is managed by qualified specialists and enables young employees to quickly adjust to their positions and develop teamwork skills. It should be noted that the implementation of these processes draws heavily on the experience of central banks of foreign countries and the recommendations of international experts.
Formation of a Talent Pool
For efficient use of human resources, each year a reserve of potential candidates for leadership positions is approved. Special attention is given to developing employees in the reserve, including studying at leading foreign universities, improving skills at international institutes, and actively participating in major conferences and international meetings.
