Financial statements – for the most recent reporting period, obtained by the bank from the STC (State Tax Committee) database

Purchase and sale agreements
Internal documents of the borrower for obtaining a loan (order, founders’ statement/resolution on obtaining the loan and pledging the property)
Note: Depending on the nature of the borrower’s activity and the area of the loan project, the Bank may require additional documents.
