An event dedicated to enhancing financial literacy was organized at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy and the Academic Lyceum of the University as part of the "World Savings Day" week.
Together with employees from the Cybersecurity Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the relevant issue of card fraud was discussed, and participants were urged to stay vigilant in order not to fall victim to scammers. The event was attended by around 200 students from the educational institution.
During the event, young people received answers to their questions from experts. It was also emphasized that building immunity against cybercrime among students and support from leading educational institutions are crucial aspects.
At the end of the event, the most active participants were awarded special commemorative gifts from "Turonbank".
