From April 1, 2026, based on Decree No. UP-246, certain types of payments were fully transitioned to non-cash form, and a new procedure was introduced into practice.

On the very first day of these processes, a working group led by the Chairman of the Board of TuronBank visited gas stations and notary offices to directly study the actual operation of the system.

During the studies:
  • operation of new payment systems
  • customer convenience
  • issues and problems arising in practice were analyzed in detail.

Direct dialogues were also held with customers, and their opinions and comments were heard. Citizens were provided with explanations regarding the essence, advantages, and procedures for using the new procedure.

Through these news:
  • payment processes are becoming faster and more convenient
  • transparency in financial transactions is increasing
  • the use of modern payment instruments is expanding
Such practical approaches implemented by Turonbank play an important role in the effective implementation of reforms.
