In order to ensure the fulfillment of the head of state's instructions aimed at poverty reduction, ensuring public employment, and increasing economic activity in mahallas, tasks defined within the framework of the "Actual 40 Days" program are being consistently implemented in the Namangan region.
Specifically, in cooperation with responsible representatives of JSCB "Turonbank," the khokim of the Kasansay district of the Namangan region, Dilmurod Kadyrov, and representatives of the district "mahalla seven," targeted studies are being conducted in the assigned mahallas, "growth points" are being identified, and comprehensive measures aimed at involving the population in entrepreneurship, creating new jobs, and reducing poverty are being consistently implemented.
As a result of this systematic work, the poverty level in the "Zamondosh" mahalla of the Kasansay district was reduced from 10.6 to 5.4 percent. This result is a clear manifestation of effective cooperation between government agencies, local authorities, mahalla institutions, and Turonbank, as well as practical efforts based on the "mahallabay" system.
In addition, modern financial services are offered to citizens in order to provide financial support to the population and develop entrepreneurial activity. In particular, the Islamic Microfinance Organization allocates up to 100 million soums to individuals and up to 500 million soums to legal entities on the basis of the Murabaha agreement. This financing is provided for the purchase of all material items not prohibited by Islam. These financial instruments serve to support the entrepreneurial initiatives of the population, increase family incomes, and increase economic activity in mahallas.
