As part of its initial transformation phase, Turonbank JSCB has implemented the new COLVIR automated banking system to streamline key business processes. This advanced system is actively being used to expand the range of banking products and enhance customer service operations.
The latest seminar, organized for employees in the retail business sector, focused on a new approach to developing banking products, particularly loan products, within the COLVIR Banking System. Special attention was given to the critical aspects of the loan product creation process within this system.
International expert Veronika Sazonova, who was specially invited to Turonbank JSCB, provided detailed insights into optimizing and accelerating the development of loan products within the COLVIR Banking System. Additionally, she conducted a practical session to clarify the process further.
