Following the instructions issued during the videoconference on December 16, 2024, led by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, efforts are underway to prioritize employment and increase household incomes by engaging banks in local communities. Commercial banks, including Turonbank, are actively implementing systematic measures to achieve this goal.

To enhance the professional skills of senior staff, particularly the Mahalla Bankers, a seminar training was organized at Turonbank. This training aims to bolster initiatives focused on generating income and alleviating poverty.

During the seminar, participants discussed the newly developed "Mahalla loyihasi", which is designed for individuals looking to start their own businesses, along with the existing "Biznesga birinchi qadam" credit product. Bank employees received practical guidance on how to assist these individuals in launching their entrepreneurial endeavors, along with useful recommendations.

It is notable that under the Mahalla Banker initiative, Turonbank has already deployed 133 Mahalla Bankers and 300 assistant agents across 479 mahallas in 41 districts and cities throughout the Republic.
