Under the leadership of Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSCB "Turonbank" D. Rustamov, Press Secretary of the Chairman of the Board Sh. Kuchkarov, Director of the Small and Medium Business Department A. Muazzamov, and Head of the Surkhandarya BHM E. Khojanazarov, a "Leader and Youth" meeting was organized at the Surkhandarya BHM. As part of the meeting, the process of electing the youth leader of the BHM took place.
The most worthy candidate was selected from among active, proactive, and responsible young employees. According to the election results, Odinayev Jakhongir Otabek ugli was unanimously elected as the youth leader of the Surkhandarya BHM.
Additionally, Shakhriyor Saydullaev, who serves as the youth leader of the Surkhandarya BHM, was presented with a special gift from the Chairman of the Board and a book titled "Tazkirat of the Dear Saints and Scholars of Turonzamin," in recognition of his effective work in the youth system.
These elections will serve to further increase the activity of young people in the community, support their initiatives and ideas, and strengthen collective unity. The proposals of young people and their targeted plans for 2026 were heard. Opportunities were created and proposals were heard to create conditions for them. Within the framework of the scholarship program, it was recognized that the graduates entered the banking system as young employees and are working with enthusiasm among the youngest.
