On March 12 of this year, a meeting with young employees was held at the Samarkand CBU of JSCB "Turonbank." The event was held under the leadership of Deputy Chairman of the Board D. Rustamov, Press Secretary of the Chairman of the Board Sh. Kuchkarov and Head of the Samarkand BHM M. Javburiyev.
The event was attended by active and talented young employees of the bank and scholarship recipients. During the dialogue, the opportunities created for young people, innovations in the banking system, and prospects for professional development were discussed.
Representatives of the management provided young people with recommendations on how to be more active in the banking system, promote new initiatives, and regularly improve their professional knowledge and skills.
At the end of the event, the proposals and initiatives of young people were heard, special attention was paid to their support and further development of the potential of young people in the banking system.
