About loan

Citizens wishing to buy an apartment from newly built housing in the primary market, to rebuild or reconstruct a private house, Turonbank provides favorable mortgage loans even to those who do not have official income.

It is realized on the basis of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures of realization of the program of providing the population with accommodation due to mortgage loans on the basis of market principles in 2023".

Required documents

- passport or ID card;
- a certificate confirming that the down payment has been deposited into a deposit account opened in the borrower's name;
- preliminary agreement of purchase and sale;
- In case of construction of individual housing design and estimate documentation is prepared and on the basis of this design and estimate documentation a special contract with the State Agency for Public Services is concluded;
- Document confirming lifetime ownership of land plot for construction of individual housing (mortgage loan for construction of individual housing in Tashkent city is not allocated)

Requirements

Applicant must be a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 18 years of age or older and no older than 60 years of age;

Applicant must not have overdue debts, overdue payments of more than 60 days on previously received and repaid loans, and negative credit history.

The borrower incurs the following costs in obtaining the loan:

·       expenses for a notarized purchase and sale agreement;
·       costs of preparing cadastral documents for the apartment;
·       insurance costs.
