Requirements

A potential borrower must meet the following requirements:

citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan, who at the time of concluding the contract have reached the age of 21 and have a permanent place of residence not exceeding 60 years;
during the period of obtaining a loan by the debtor, must comply with the requirements of the Stop-Factor of the current Scoring Model of JSCB "Turonbank" for individuals;
have a green.uzmrc.uz website certificate of conformity for green repairs;
after allocating a mortgage loan to the borrower for the repair of a residential building, the borrower must submit to the bank a report for the purchased goods with an attached invoice, waybill, or other documents established by law, issued by trade organizations and individual entrepreneurs.
