Borrower's passport (passports of co-borrowers, if any);
A document confirming the rights to the house or flat to be purchased with the loan in accordance with the intended purpose of the mortgage loan, or a document confirming the borrower's right to a land plot (permanent use, lifetime possession with the right of inheritance, ownership of property) for the construction of individual housing in accordance with the legislation or a document confirming the right to individual housing to be reconstructed (a copy is made and the original is returned);
Preliminary contract of sale and purchase of a flat in a multi-storey building signed by the borrower and the seller;
Other documents to be requested in case it is necessary to verify the reliability of the information stated in the submitted documents.

Requirements

The mortgage loan "Mustaqillikka uy" is granted to individuals who have an official source of income.
The applicant must be a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan who has reached the age of 18 and is not older than 60 on the date of application for a mortgage loan.
The debtor must not have overdue debts during the period of obtaining the loan, deferred payments and a negative credit history of more than 60 days on loans previously obtained and repaid by the debtor.
