It is realized on the basis of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures of realization of the program of providing the population with accommodation due to mortgage loans on the basis of market principles in 2023".

Requirements

Requirements for obtaining a mortgage loan:
The applicant must be a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan, at least 21 years old and no older than 60 years;
The borrower must have a positive credit history.
During the process of obtaining the loan, the borrower will incur the following expenses:
Expenses for the notarially certified purchase and sale agreement;
Expenses for preparing cadastral documents for the apartment;
Insurance costs.
